Nobody gets to choose "when to open the game." After sell-out, the first address to trigger the launch locks the raised ETH into the Uniswap LP in one shot; secondary trading opens and the Round #1 countdown starts in the same transaction.

Triggering the launch collects no protocol fee; you only cover the on-chain transaction fee. There is no 24-hour fallback — none is needed. Every presale buyer holds REBEL with zero secondary-market liquidity until launch, so the "I want to cash out" incentive alone drives someone to trigger. No admin safety net required.

There is no team, so nobody to reserve shares for. The full 10.5M is released at once: whoever buys first holds first, and after the presale every REBEL follows the same on-chain rules. Your REBEL is a standard token: free to transfer, hold in any wallet (personal address, multisig, hardware wallet are all fine), and trade on any exchange. Betting and claiming are unavailable before Round #1 opens, because dividends and the jackpot need an active round to compute.

The contract does not close early and does not adjust the price. The remaining supply stays in the buy channel until the last token is purchased, and every buyer along the way pays the same fixed price. There is no team and no roadshow, so there is no external pressure such as a "marketing rhythm" or a "launch date."

Whoever buys the last REBEL usually triggers it on the same trip, because their REBEL has zero secondary-market liquidity until the launch runs and Round #1 opens. Even if they don't, every other presale buyer has the same incentive to race in first — "no liquidity until someone triggers" is the on-chain equivalent of an admin safety net. The protocol has no 24-hour fallback, and does not need one.
